When did Launch Party Sports start?
Founded in 2025 we began building partnerships with our simulator vendors and experimenting with delivering mobile experiences. After a few incognito events we focused on growing our partnerships with local charities and venues.
Is it possible to change my date?
Absolutely, our schedule fills up fast so the more notice we have the greater our ability to accommodate your scheduling changes.
Tell me more about your cancellation policy.
Changes happen and we are always willing to collaborate with you but changes within 30 days from your event date may result in cancellation charges.
How does the billing process work?
To secure your booking, we request a 50% down payment to reserve your dates with the remaining 50% to be paid 72 hours prior to your event.
What type of payments do you accept?
We accept credit cards, ACH and crypto payments for your events.
Can I receive a receipt for my order?
Absolutely! We will provide electronic copies at the time of each payment event. If your event benefits a local charity we will coordinate billing with the charity to ensure you can capture your charitable donations.
